What was the highlight of Tree House Inn
Low price, comfy bed, limited bathroom space.
Nice clean and comfortable beds. The rooms were large compared to only having 3 bunk beds (other places would probably try to fit in 4 at this price.) Close to the SM mall so easy access to grocery store and movie theater.
Not as colourful as the pictures. Shoes must be taken off at the front steps (but the floors aren't always that clean, and I wore my slippers into the bathroom.) I believe I got exactly what I paid for though. :)

Good enough for a 1 night stopover
The 6 man dorms were spacious and enough room without feeling cramped, air con, pillows and mattresses were good. Lockers were excellent.
Staff constantly on their phones, poor unhelpful attitudes, bathrooms needed cleaning, very poor unhygienic kitchen 'area' general average cleanliness. Dorms really needed a privacy light and shelf for charging etc.

Great location opposite the shopping mall, although no local bars around. Rooms were comfortable and had access to the wifi, although I was near the reception area so may have been why. Staff were helpful with booking trips and bathroom was fairly decent.
No hot water in the showers.
